hi,

You either need Crystal Reports Server XI or BusinessObjects Enterprise XI.

IF you have them, you can publish the report you had created.

This can be done from the Report Designer itself by choosing the Save As and then choosing the Enterprise Folder which appears in the bottom left corner of the Save As dialog box.

You can choose any folder on the Enterprise and Save your report.

Then you login to Business Objects Enterprise Infoview using the url,

:8080/businessobjects/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/InfoView">http://<servername>:8080/businessobjects/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/InfoView

and then give the username and password and the authentication type provided by your BOE admin.

Once you login to InfoView, you can browse to the folder where you had saved the Crystal Report.

In the InfoView, you have on the right corner, the Preferences icon and clicking on it and choosing Crystal Reports tab, you can choose from the various viewers available viz.,

Java Viewer, Activex Viewer,DHTML Viewer and Advanced DHTML Viewer.

Happy viewing.

Let me know if this suffices.

regards

go to central configuration manager (CCM) and check whether CMS is up and running..

click on CMS and restart the CMS..

Similarly do for other servers and see if your problem gets  resolved.
