Im a newbie in crystal. My database is MS Excel and we are  using VB CRViewer and Crystal Runtime for deployment. Sometimes, there are some users  forgot to close their VB Viewer so that EXCEL.EXE were left behind which result as a runaway processes. In case this happen we search on Task Manager for runaway excel.exe and terminate it, to give way to new reports.

 

Here's the question, Is there a way to clear or refresh the processes to kill the excel.exe in Task Manager automatically?

 

Any suggestion will be muc appreciated.
