Im trying to find a way to place a total at the bottom of a column. The column contains 3 different words "attended", "no show" or "cancelled" (the data is about whether people turned up to a training session or not).

 

I'd simply like to summarize this data by putting the amount of attended, amount of cancelled and amount of no shows, but I really cant see an easy way to do it. I'm fairly new to Crystal Reports.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
