I am using Crystal Reports 9. I need to connect to some dbase IV .dbf files. If I do New Connection > Database Files then select my .dbf file, I get an error message "Query Engine Error : No database DLL has been specified."

I ran Filemon while I attempted this and I saw a NO SUCCESS on
FileBothDirectoryInformation: crdb_*.dll in C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Crystal Reports 9. Not sure if this was the problem or just an informational thing. I re-inserted the CD and made sure everything was installed. Does anyone know how to resolve this DLL error?

FYI, we tried an ODBC connection, but the directory that it is looking in has tons of .dbf files in it, and it takes several hours to finish looking, and it doesn't even see them all.
