Hi,
 
How to align the column value of the grand totals when export to excel data only.
 
when i export to excel the data looks like
 
col1  col2 col3 col4
A        B       1    2
C        D       3    4
Total   4       6
 
I need to align the total value under their respective columns.
 
I need the following format when export the crystal report to excel data only 
 
col1  col2 col3 col4
A        B       1    2
C        D       3    4
Total            4    6
 

Any idea how to get summary fields align under their respective columns?

Hi Anita,
 
Go to the Total Sections, then go to Menu Insert Text Object insert that text object Just After the Total Text Object ,now export to excel that should do the trick.....
