The report has 150k records and is needed to export all the headers, when reaches +- 60K record, creates another page in Excel, all good.

 

The problem is near the file 15k of each page, at this point all the data is exported but the columns is not formatted, especially imortant is that no one column is merged.

 

Is there any limits when exporting to Excel than can cause the first quarter of each Excel page looks fine and the rest unformatted?
