Report Application Server is running, but the activity window is empty

 

There are reports ready to be viewed and the SQL Server is supplying the data and it can be seen in Crystal Reports, but how do I make Enterprise sow them? Where do I put the .rpt files or shoe Enterprise where they are?

 

I can't get the web home page up, and then I think upload the report files... I've used version XI, but not this version 9. Can anyone tell me?
