Hi,
 
there is a program called Crystal Infoview.
 
You can create your report and schedule it in infoview every 5th of the month.
 
and distribute it to email receivers,file location etc.
 
cheap and handy.

This tool from memoli28 is fully webbased it seems, if your looking for a more network based tool you could check out Cview Manager.
