I am trying to append about 90 values into a parameter.  I am 99% sure I've used this in the past but I can't seem to get it to work now. 

 

I have a county parameter, type of string, I am selecting a field in the Value Field dropdown from a SQL database, and it's matching description in the Description Field dropdown field.  Once both fields are selected, I am clicking on Actions and selecting Append All Database Values.  But nothing happens.  Am I missing something?
