Hi , I am new to crystal reports so please bear with me. Is there a formula I can use to show the last record of the date and time? I have ticketing system that tracks the audit trail and basically just ant to see the last record of the time stamp. Please advise

Add a group on the time stamp. If you set it up to ascending, put your data in the group footer instead of the details. If you set it up to be descending, but your data in the group header.
