We are running a report in our portal that  uses Linked sub reports on an un-indexed temporary table. Our issue is the sub reports intermittently do not show.   The 15+ sub reports are in separate report footers of the main report and they use the same data source(temp table).  We have increased the timeout however we still have these intermittent issues.  The main report irregardless of size will cache to the PDF but it seems as though the PDF will finish "printing" in the window before the sub reports and be finished.

We can run the same report on our desktop and even process it on the server side and have the sub report return data to populate the sub report's graphs.  Any recommendations?
