I have one column named Salary step, now i want to filter the data using the conditions like
1. salary step >=37 for Managers  
2. Salary Step between 31 to 36 for Staff 
3.Salary Step between 11 to 14 and between 21 to 24 Workers.
 
How can i add all the conditions on a single column....
can anyone of you please tell how i can sort out this problem...

What do you want do do with the column?  You can almost always create a forumula to display or hide  or show specific values depending on your criteria.

No I want all the Conditions  like
 
1. If salary step >=37 Then they are said to be Managers

Like that i have to divide Managers,Staff, and Workers
 
and it is to be implemented on the column named
 
"Salary Step" in "Job table", and i want all the results in a single report, So is it possible for me.
