Hi,
I am new to crystal report itself.
I tried creating a rpt file and was trying to fetch records from oracle DB and was creating a report.
I am using ODBc connection and i have oracle client 9i.
The Report was created sucessfully for english records.
I have japanese records also. But when i executed the rpt Crystal report was not able to fetch the record.
In another machine when i tried using the same rpt and Db connection only change is the oracle client was 10g.

I HIGHLY recommend using the Native Oracle connection that's available in Crystal instead of the ODBC connection. ODBC has a number of limitations and, while I'm not absolutely certain, I think you may have run into one of them
