Just a quick question to see if I can steal some ideas
. I've been using a product called TaskCentre to automate my Crystal Report by schedule or SMTP, SQL or SMS triggers. Primarily, I've used this tool to automate management reports and credit control letters etc but I'm wondering if anyone out there has automated their crystal reports for customer/trading partner service activities? If so, can you give me some examples of what you've automated and what savings you've made?
We're a distribution company so any examples related to customer/trading partner service in this arena would be more than welcome!!!
