Let's say I have a table with three columns respectively:
#    Desc    Value   ....with the following values:
1    A          25
1    B          75
1    C          100
2    D          100
2    E          25

How can I display this report in such a way that when the sum of the value columns for every value in the # column reaches 100, the suceeding fields will already be filtered out:

1    A          25
1    B          75
2    D          100
