    Posted: 23 Aug 2011 at 9:01am
Hello,

I'm using Crystal Reports 2008 and have created a Report with embedded subreports.  There are no requested parameters at report generation.  The subreports are not related and are not linked.

When Preview is selected, the first two subreports are generated but the remaining subreports are not automatically generated.  To get the remaining subreports to generate, I must either export the main report (to pdf) or click "show next page".  At that point "Formatting Page 2" appears in the lower left of the page followed by "Accessing Database".

My goal is to hit Preview once and have all subreports generate across all pages.

Any help appreciated.

Anthony

use 'Page N of M' (from the spcial fields) and it will run all of your subreports on initial load.
