Hi all,

I have a scenario, where I am using two group footers, and want to show all values either one of them

I have group with invoice no.
and second group with Invoice description.

The problem is that, some of invoices have multiple line item descriptions.
so, when I put all values on Invoice description group footer, then value comes by Invoice total on diffrent line, and not on same line, and same thing happend, if I use the Invoice no group footer to show all values, it shows only one description per invoice no.

can anybody help?

Thanks,

If I understand correctly what you're looking for, you want the total amount on the same line as the description the amount goes with, even if the description is more than one line.  Is that correct?

If so, here's what you need to do to line the amount up with the TOP of the description:

Add the description field to the Description group footer.  Do NOT make it as wide as the page.  Right-click on it, Select "Format..." and turn on "Can Grow".

Put the amount field/summary to the right of the description field, aligned with the top of it.

There is no reliable way to get the total to align with the bottom of the description because there's no way to tell how many lines will be in the description.
