Hello to all,

I have a Crystal report template that is printed from a Web Service developed with .net 2008.

The report is printed into a network printer.

All is installed in a Win 2003 Server.

The template is set in A3 landscape and printer also has A3 landscape format as default.

The template has text and a wide frame around it.

Alll works well but suddenly after 2-3 weeks, it starts to print wrong, I mean: text is trucate because is printed from left and until 21 cm (as an A4 portrait) BUT the frame is correctly printed!

Restarting server al works well again...!

We tried to change the printer but is not the case because problem appears again.

Please help!
