I have a situation shown below :

So there is invoice number, action date (when they have made changes to invoice), employee name
What I would want is that when I make a group for invoicenumber, formula would return employees name which have made the change first. So it would look like this :
8C17NHLUT11 Joe Black ( because action date is 29.4.2008)
If anyone could help, would be awesome.
If I couldn't expalain the situation, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification. i would really need a solution to this.
