I have a database of questions and some questions have the please leave comments section.

 

ID  Answer   Comment

1    Poor        bad service

2    Great

3    Poor        needs a lot of improvment

4    Good       you could improve

 

 

I have create running totals to keep track of the answer and can display them  ... however I need to create a formula to keep track of the comments per questions and display them all together with comma's between them - example:

 

Answers:

Poor     2

Great    1

Good     1

 

Poor Comments: bad service, needs a lot of improvement, you could improve.

 

** I cannot use my detail line this is being used to calculate my data for my formulas. So would a formula or subreport work for this?

 

any ideas would be great.
